Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, all sales are FINAL.
If an item you receive is damaged or there are any problems with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the item. Tags must still be attached and receipt must be included in your order.
All items on sale and all clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Packages are sent to the address that the customer enters. We are not responsible if you enter the incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for your package if you choose shipping with no insurance. Once our packages are dropped off/picked up by usps we are no longer responsible. Orders over $75 automatically ship two day priority mail with insurance.
No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Please allow 1-2 days for all orders to ship out. 5-7 days on custom items plus shipping time.
After 5 business days from the date of purchase, all items purchased NON EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
